With a local sales force based in Eastern Washington, we happy to answer any questions you may have. In order to support our substantial base of both local and internet customers we have warehouse space filled with binding supplies, laminating supplies and equipment. We also have a full time service technician that is dedicated to repairing customers equipment and helping customers find the correct parts and operational manuals for their machines. Terms and Conditions
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you must call our customer service department before the order has been shipped.Once the order leaves our facility, it cannot be canceled.
All returns require prior authorization via an email or phone call to us at [email protected] or 509-922-1254. All returns must be approved and received no later than 30 days from the original purchase date. There is a 15% restocking fee charged to all returns. Items that have been opened or are no longer in resale condition will not be accepted. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. The original shipping charge will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and all risk of loss for the returned product during shipment.
Some items are considered ‘custom’ and are not accepted for return. Such items may include custom imprinted combs, cover sets, presentation folders, hard or soft cavers, annuals, 3-ring binders and tabs. Also excluded are special cut or non-standard size products.
Some products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. PSBind.com will assist its customers in warranty related issues but, cannot be responsible for any manufacturer’s warranty information or dispute.
Damaged Caused in Shipping
Please do not accept any packages from the shipping carrier that have visible signs of damage caused in shipping. If you do accept product that has been damaged in shipping, you must report the loss directly through the shipping carrier.
